Worked on a small team as the lead artist for the action-adventure game, MageRift for mobile. A small team, meant a lot of work and not many people around to do it. I learned to work swiftly, manage contractors, adapt to new technologies and make hard decisions, all while maintaining a strong line of communication with my team and keeping up with deadlines.
